The UCCU Experience

Located on the campus of Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah, the UCCU Center is an 8,000 seat multipurpose events venue, and the home of the UVU Wolverine Division 1 Athletics Teams.

Since opening in 1996, the UCCU Center has become home to some of the biggest expos, galas, parties, and games in Utah Valley, and has hosted many chart topping shows and artists, including Imagine Dragons, Paramore, Fall Out Boy, One Republic, Maroon 5 and more. The venue also regularly hosts family friendly events, such as The Forgotten Carols, Bar J Wranglers, and Jordan World Circus.

The UCCU Center is seated amongst the beautiful Wasatch Mountains of Utah Valley, less than 40 miles south of Salt Lake City. Public transportation is easily accessible via UTA and Frontrunner services.

The upper courts on the east and west sides of the arena offer 11,000 square feet of additional space for Arena events, or can provide an interesting meeting space for your private meeting or large banquet, capable of seating more than 350 people.

Basketball hoops or Volleyball nets can be set up on the Upper courts for fun activities on the side.

Presidential South Suite

The premium room for small to medium events, the Presidential South Suite is fantastic for classes, presentations, and meetings of all kinds! The suite is located on the third floor of the UCCU Center above the South Concourse and offers spectacular views of UVU campus, Utah Lake, and the Wasatch Mountains. This space also provides access to the South Balcony, overlooking the UCCU Center arena. 

Presidential North Suite

A fun and versatile meeting space, the Presidential North Suite is perfect for parties, workshops, and small to medium sized activities! This 3,095sq ft room has a 10 ft ceiling and hardwood floors. This Presidential suite is located on the 3rd floor of the UCCU Center above the North Concourse, and provides access to the north balcony and a fantastic view of Utah Valley and Mount Timpanogos.

On Dec. 7, 2017, it was announced that Utah Community Credit Union had made a generous donation to Utah Valley University and UVU Athletics and the ballpark at UVU was renamed UCCU Ballpark. The agreement extends until June of 2027.

The stadium made its debut on March 24, 2005 against Southern Utah, a 5-3 UVU win. The 2,500 seat stadium also has room for 2,500 more fans on the grass berm down the third base line and in left field.

It boasts both home and visitor clubhouses, indoor and outdoor batting cages, a full workout facility, and a training room. Beyond the left field wall, the Utah Valley University campus and the Wasatch Mountains provide the park with a beautiful backdrop, making it one of the most aesthetic, picturesque college baseball stadiums in the country.

In the summertime, the stadium is home to the Orem Owlz, the Pioneer League rookie team for the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. The Owlz, formerly the Provo Angels, began play in the Summer of 2005 and were a hit for baseball fans throughout the valley. In 2005, the park received the government and institutional project award.

Our mission as the senior class of UVU's Culinary Arts Institute students is to prepare and serve distinguished food by learning and achieving excellence in our craft. We will accomplish this goal through teamwork, respect, and efficiency while demonstrating true hospitality while having fun.

Throughout the semester our menu will change frequently. This allows us the widest range of experiences, while allowing our students to take advantage of the freshest seafood, the best produce, and the finest meats on the market. All menus are planned by Culinary Arts students and are prepared and served under the supervision of a Chef / Instructor. During the semester, the class will be exploring foods from around the world. Students research assigned regions and develop recipes and menus based on traditional methods and foods. We strive to be as authentic as possible, but at times certain liberties are take.
