Policies:

  • NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS. Empty refillable water bottles permitted.
  • Please leave all non-essential items at home or in your vehicle.
  • We welcome service animals defined by the ADA to provide assistance to an individual with a disability.
    • Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not considered service animals; and are not permitted inside UCCU Center or on campus at UVU.

Media and Photography:

MEDIA/Photographers should review the UHSAA media policy and request a media pass at www.uhsaa.org.
Floor access is limited to those wearing UHSAA media credentials and one school photographer (who must shoot from approved areas). School photographers need their high school pass issued by the UHSAA to have floor access. No flash units are allowed on or around the playing level.

Directions, Parking and Transportation

The UCCU Center is located in the heart of Utah County in the city of Orem on the campus of Utah Valley University. Just off Interstate-15 on exit 269 (University Parkway). Guests are permitted to park in parking lots L3, L5, L8, L14 and W1. Please review our parking guide for more information and maps.

Prohibited Items

For the comfort and safety of all, the following items are not permitted inside the arena:

  • Alcohol
  • Aluminum cans, thermoses, and glass bottles
  • Artificial noisemakers, airhorns, and whistles
  • Beach balls, frisbees, bats, clubs or any projectile
  • Clothing or signs displaying explicit language, profanity, or derogatory characterization toward any person(s)
  • Coolers and ice chests
  • Cameras and audio recording devices
  • Drones
  • Face coverings (masks that cover more than just the mouth and nose)
  • Fireworks, lighters and vapes
  • Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia
  • Large stadium seats or camp chairs
  • Laser Pens/Pointers
  • Personal heaters
  • Poles, selfie-sticks, tripods, and monopods
  • Weapons* (knives, pepper spray, mace, chains, spiked bracelets, brass knuckles, etc)
        *Except as expressly permitted by Utah State Law and Utah Valley University


Policy:
All permissible bags are subject to search. The UCCU Center reserves the right to inspect and remove any packages or items that are not permissible in the venue. UCCU Center Management reserves the right to prohibit any other item(s) as deemed necessary.
